What we collect

What you type into our forms: name, email, phone, category, organisation, district, and the choices you make (badge slogan, T-shirt size, session interests, dietary and accessibility notes). Nothing is bought, scraped, or inferred.

What it's for

• Running events: your ticket, check-in, certificate, and the reminders you'd expect.
• Running the community: your member profile and the directory — only at the visibility you choose.
• The numbers in our public post-event reports are always aggregates, never individuals.

What's never public

Your phone number and address are never shown publicly, full stop. New member profiles default to members-only visibility; you can go public or fully private any time in your profile settings.

Who can see the admin side

A small set of named core volunteers, each with their own login and a role that limits what they can touch. Every admin action is recorded in an audit log.

Your controls

• Export everything we hold about you from your account page.
• Delete your account there too — it works, and it's not hidden.
• Email and WhatsApp messages from us always have an opt-out.

Analytics & tracking

We use privacy-respecting, self-hostable analytics (page counts, no personal profiles) and no third-party ad trackers. This is a community site, not a funnel.
